2.1 Astrology Consultations (Call, Chat, Video Call)
●Cancellation:
○ Customers can cancel their booked astrology consultation up to 24 hours before
the scheduled time to receive a full refund.
○ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.
○ If you are not satisfied with the service provided by the astrologer, please contactour customer support within 24 hours of the consultation. We will review your case and, if deemed valid, issue a refund or offer a complimentary consultation with a different astrologer.
2.2 Prepaid Packages and Subscription
Cancellation:
○ Prepaid packages and subscriptions can be canceled within 7 days of purchase
to receive a full refund, provided no services have been utilized.
Refund:
○ If any services have been used from the package or subscription, a pro-rata
refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused services.
3. Product Return and Refund Policy
3.1 Physical Products (Gemstones, Rudraksh, Mala, etc.)
Return:
○ Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original
condition and packaging.
○ To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order details
and reason for return.
Refund:
○ Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund
within 7 business days.
○Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return
shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
3.2 Digital Products
●Refund:
○ Digital products, such as downloadable reports or e-books, are non-refundable
once they have been delivered to the customer.

●Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
MyAstroWalk reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time.

5.1 Abusive and Offensive Language
●We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abusive or offensive language directed at our astrologers or other users on our platform.
●Any user found using such language will be immediately suspended or banned from using our services without prior notice.
●Refunds will not be issued in such cases, and any unused services or credits will be forfeited.
5.2 Violation of Terms and Conditions
●If any member of MyAstroWalk violates our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of their account.
●Refunds for services or products will not be provided in the event of such violations.
